TERMINI E CONDIZIONI
1. Accettazione dei termini. Compilando il modulo e registrandoti (indicato anche come “registrante”) accetti di essere vincolato alle presenti Condizioni Generali e all’Informativa sulla Privacy pubblicata.
2. Notifiche. Accetti di ricevere notifiche e-mail su qualsiasi evento (“Webinar”) a cui stai partecipando sulla piattaforma SACCO SYSTEM e sugli eventi che seguiranno (“Piattaforma”). È possibile annullare l’iscrizione a queste e-mail in qualsiasi momento seguendo le istruzioni contenute in tali e-mail.
3. Uso corretto della piattaforma. Accetti di non utilizzare la Piattaforma per
(i) interrompere, dirottare o interferire in altro modo con qualsiasi Webinar o la capacità di qualsiasi altro Registrante di utilizzare la Piattaforma o partecipare a qualsiasi Webinar; (ii) di fare spam si qualsiasi webinar; o (iii) caricare su qualsiasi Webinar qualsiasi materiale che violi i diritti di proprietà intellettuale di qualsiasi altra persona.
4. Violazione del copyright. Nel caso in cui un Registrante ritenga che la Piattaforma sia stata utilizzata in modo tale da costituire una violazione del copyright deve informare SACCO.
5. Limitazione di responsabilità. Nessuna delle parti sarà responsabile nei confronti dell’altra parte o di qualsiasi altra persona per qualsiasi perdita indiretta, speciale, consequenziale o incidentale, danni esemplari o di altro tipo, diretti o indiretti, derivanti da o relativi a (i) perdita di dati, (ii ) perdita di reddito, (iii) perdita di opportunità, (iv) perdita di profitti, (v) costi di recupero o altri danni, tuttavia, causati e basati su qualsiasi teoria della responsabilità, incluso, ma non limitato a, violazione del contratto , illecito (inclusa negligenza) o violazione dello statuto, indipendentemente dal fatto che tale parte sia stata informata della possibilità di tali danni. Alcune giurisdizioni non consentono la limitazione o l’esclusione della responsabilità per danni incidentali o consequenziali, pertanto alcune delle limitazioni potrebbero non essere applicabili.
6. La responsabilità cumulativa totale di entrambe le parti e dei rispettivi licenziatari e fornitori derivante dal presente accordo e / o dalla sua risoluzione è limitata alla somma degli importi pagati per il servizio applicabile durante i dodici (12) mesi immediatamente precedenti l’incidente che dà origine alla responsabilità.
7. Nessuna garanzia. SACCO garantisce che i servizi saranno conformi alle descrizioni degli stessi in condizioni normali e non rilascia alcuna altra dichiarazione o garanzia, espressa o implicita, di alcun tipo. Senza limitare quanto sopra, la Società non dichiara né garantisce che (i) la piattaforma caricherà o visualizzerà eventi su ogni sistema operativo o dispositivo, (ii) gli eventi saranno presentati senza errori o non interrotti o (iii) che qualsiasi evento sarà accurato o volto a soddisfare le tue esigenze specifiche. Si comprende e riconosce che la società non promuove e non si associa a eventi organizzati da terze parti.
Si informano tutti colori che intendono registrarsi e prendere parte ad un evento che il nome ed il cognome del partecipante sarà visibile a tutti i partecipanti. Ove non si intenda essere identificati, si invita l’utente ad identificarsi con un nome di fantasia.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Acceptance of the terms. By filling in the form and registering You (also referred to as “registrant”) agree to be bound to this General Terms and the Privacy Policy published.
2. Notifications. You agree to receive email notifications about any event (“Webinar”) you are attending on the SACCOSYSTEM platform and events coming up (“Platform”). You may unsubscribe from these emails at any time by following the instructions contained in any such email.
3. Proper Use of the Platform. You agree not to use the Platform to (i) disrupt, hijack, or otherwise interfere with any Webinar or the ability of any other Registrant to use the Platform or attend any Webinar ; (ii) spam any Webinar; or (iii) upload to any Webinar any material that violates the intellectual property rights of any other person.
4. Copyright Infringement. In the event that a Registrant believes that the Platform has been used in a manner that constitutes copyright infringement, the Registrant must notify SACCO

Limitation of Liability. neither party shall be liable to the other party or to any other person for any indirect, special, consequential or incidental loss, exemplary or other damages, whether direct or indirect, arising out of or relating to (i) loss of data, (ii) loss of income, (iii) loss of opportunity, (iv) lost profits, (v) costs of recovery or any other damages, however, caused and based on any theory of liability, including, but not limited to, breach of contract, tort (including negligence), or violation of the statute, whether or not such party has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply.
6. The total cumulative liability of either party and their respective licensors and suppliers arising out of this agreement and/or the termination thereof shall be limited to the sum of the amounts paid for the applicable service during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the liability.
7. No warranties. SACCO’s sole warrants that the services will conform to the service descriptions under normal use and makes no other representation or warranty, whether express or implied, of any kind.
Without limiting the foregoing, Company does not represent or warrant that (i) the platform will load or display events on every operating system or device, (ii) events will be presented error-free or uninterrupted or (iii) that any event will be accurate or meet your specific needs. you understand and acknowledge that the company does not endorse or affiliate itself with any event and that the events are presented by third parties.
We would inform those of you who will be registering and attending an event, that the first and second name of the attendee is visible and shown to all of the attendees. Those of you who do not wish to share such information are kindly requested to identify themselves using an invented name.
